Dear Arche Friends,
Now that we have established who we are and why we are on this planet, we have a better grasp of how our universe functions. Still, there may be a few unanswered question, like: where do we go between life times? Are we alone? What do we do?, etc.
We go to another physical plane, we call the astral plane. This is a fourth dimensional plane, and our manifest bodies are third dimensional. The fourth dimension is less dense and when we can see it from our bodies, it is shadow-like. The important thing here is that all creation on the planet is first a thought, then a fourth dimensional manifestation and finally a third dimensional creation that we can see and experience in our physical bodies.
Our soul and subconscious visit this astral plane every night while the body is sleeping. We visit there in our astral or etheric body, which is an exact duplicate of our physical body. The astral body remains connected to the physical body through a cord of energy known as the Silver Cord, which extends from the solar plexus. This cord will not be severed and remains intact until we choose to leave the body at the end of our lifetime.Astral travel during our sleep is a normal process
