Dear Arche Friends,
Through the years I had the pleasure
to meet so many of you in our classes and seminars, or in consultations
or therapy. Some of you I didn't actually meet, but reached in lectures,
on TV and radio shows or through books or ads all over the world. An
ad poll estimated, we reached over 40 million people in the past 40
years with our spiritual messages, our self help programs and therapies,
tapes and CD's and our health and healing counseling.
Please know that every one of you is very
special to me, personally, and to Arche and that we are only a thought
away if you need help or answers to your life questions.
It is no longer possible to speak or write
to every individual, but you are a part of a very powerful spiritual
network that guides and protects you. Know that you are loved by the
Great Spiritual Power you call God, and also by all your Arche friends.
If that sounds a little much to take in
right now, let me assure you, it will become very clear in the next
few months.
At Arche International we have very specific goals for our friends and
students.
Our goal is to help you make life in this
world easier and more comfortable, which includes your relationships,
your career growth and your health.
Even more important is our spiritual aspiration
for you. It includes knowing with absolute certainty who you are, where
you came from, who your God is, what your relationship to this God is,
what your options are for your afterlife and how to make sure that you
reach these spiritual goals, including your resurrection.
Let me say here that we are not a religion
or a cult or a club for you to join. We are not looking for followers;
we are training leaders.
It doesn't matter what background you
come from. The Arche philosophy and practice will enhance your life
here and in the hereafter. You will be empowered and your power will
glorify God and the whole Universe.
Our goals are achieved through training
and meditation; through adapting your thinking and your lifestyle to
what goals you set for yourself.
Of course, we are using this website as
one of our instruments to get the job done. You'll find out about our
classes and seminars here. You can meditate on Sandy's inspirational
writings. There is a new inspiration every month.
We are also starting a health corner that
deals with stress and nutrition and will answer some of the most common
questions in this area. I earned a Ph.D. in Physiology as well as in
Psychology and worked both in medicine, medical research and food research
for a number of years. This is a chance to share some of what I learned
with you. From time to time, we will also post safety tips for your
use.
So keep watching for what we have to share.
We are also planning on-line seminars for students who can't attend
our classes and seminars in person and are serious about their spiritual
development. Also, we are looking forward to hearing from you - your
ideas, your questions and your triumphs.

Dear Arche Friends,
Greetings and welcome again.
Everyone
has an idea about what would make them happy; what would fulfill their
life, what would give them peace and serenity. We all have our ideals,
our wish lists. Some are looking for the perfect mate, some for a great
career, some for fame and some for self-realization. To pursue their
ideals they go to school ($, fame, career), they seek many friends and
lovers (to find the one), they may even join a religious order to be
closer to God.
Even with the best intentions and the
highest commitment to their ideals and desires, there always seems to
be something missing. We have to work too hard to achieve our career
goals and often still fail or are dissatisfied with our progress.
In relationships we find the good friend
or great lover, only to find out that we are not compatible on several
levels or that they leave us.
We enter a religious life and find that
we are not closer to God, but have left behind everything we knew.
There are many more examples of our search
for perfection or happiness or success and the inevitable disappointment
when we find out that things didn't work out the way we hoped and dreamed.
We wonder - surely there must be something
wrong with us. We are the reason things don't work. This line of reasoning
further tears down our self image and makes us feel even more insecure.
We see others succeed, or go through similar
suffering as we, and we wonder, "There must be a better way. Why is
everything so difficult?" Along the way we may experience illness, lose
a loved one, have financial problems and our dreams and goals seem to
be on hold or we are afraid to even think about them.
Well, take heart. There is a better way.
A way that leads to self-realization and to accomplishing everything
you really want. And you can - no, you must - achieve it all by yourself.
Oh yes, you'll also be in great health and have wonderful, like-minded
companions. Your Peace and Joy inspires others and best of all, you
can never go back to not knowing The SECRET. You'll understand yourself
and your fellow travelers on this planet. You'll know your God and your
relationship to God and you'll follow no one, because YOU KNOW.
If this sounds too good to be true -
test it. You only need to open your heart and your mind and study and
read your plan carefully. You don't need a college degree to change
your life. God intended all His truths and blessings for all His children,
regardless of their religious beliefs, their race or their education.
Universal truth is the same for a simple peasant or a college professor.
The best part is that you are 100% in
control.
The various religions teach that we are
endowed with a free will. We are, and after you learn how your Universe
works, this becomes a Divine free Will that helps you to make all the
right choices and guarantees the outcome.
Please keep in mind that much of this
information may be new to you and has to be evaluated by you to work
for you. Meditation is a handy tool to think things through, especially
when they are of a spiritual or philosophical nature. Many religions
have discouraged independent thoughts of a spiritual nature. Rather,
they insist on their interpretation of the various scriptures, which
is often of a fundamentalist nature. They also added doctrines, which
can further obstruct the truth.
When confronted with a new thought in
these writings, simply find a quiet place, relax completely and think
it through. Your own Higher Self and your intellect will help you sort
it out and if acceptable, make it a part of you and your own personal
knowledge and wisdom.
It's our spiritual birth-right to be all
our "Father and Mother" is: we are children of the great Universal Creator
- or God - and we can never be anything less. Our essence is Universal
and Divine and our spiritual expression or High Self is as a cell in
the body of God - the great Universe. It cannot die, because the Universe
cannot die. Therefore it lives eternally - a great power. It has Divine
Intellect, because God IS Divine Intellect. It has a Divine Will, because
God IS Divine Will. Above all it IS Divine Love, because the Universe
and everything in it is motivated by Divine Love, the Creative Power.
You now know that you are a part of the
Great all-powerful Creator; that you have helped to create everything
on this planet and perhaps in other parts of the Universe. You now know
that you only have to have a pure and conscious thought to create. You
know that your Divine Love gives your creations life.
You know that every spiritual thought,
every creation, every act of compassion for a plant, an animal or your
fellow humans glorifies the Father and you can never go back to not
knowing. And that is our ultimate Power: to know who we are, to know
who God is, and to know what our relationship to God is and to be able
to express our Divinity.
This is the foundation to all life in
our Universe, our Universal Law, and everything here and in other parts
of the Universe, is governed by it.
We cannot change Universal Law, but through
ignorance and accepting belief systems, we often lose our way, make
up our own laws, cause pain and suffering to ourselves and others until
we see the Divine Spark again and return to the Father-Mother God.
Again, Universal Law doesn't change. However,
we may change, for a time, until we tire of the game and return home
into Divine Love and Light.
Remember, you have access to all the Power
in the Universe!
