WAKE UP AND DISCOVER THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF

The beginning of the year is always a good time to reflect on our lives and imagine what we'd like to see happen this year. What would we like to attract into our life? What do we need to let go of, or do differently? What would add to our happiness? Are we happy? What would bring us inner peace and fulfillment? What is our idea of a good life?
All too often we've stopped thinking and dreaming. We go through day after day, in the same rut, repeating the same routine and think this is life. We've been lulled into a kind of trance when we're living in this fashion. A student in one of our classes said he'd heard it described, "The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth." It's time to wake up and start living again, living the life we really want.
Life can be challenging and the subconscious, our inner, emotional child, often feels overwhelmed. It may become paralyzed, not knowing what to do about a stressful situation, or with its child-like reasoning, think this is just the way life is. We need to wake up, get conscious and think from the soul's point of view. This is possible to do. The soul is not a mystery, but an actual part of who we are and we can learn to express more often from this level of consciousness.
I've seen students come into Arche classes, gain an understanding of who they are as the soul and who their subconscious is, and finally give themselves permission to have a good life. The change that can take place in even a 12-week course is amazing. Their self-esteem is heightened, they become more self-assured and confident, they believe in themselves and their abilities and they begin to bring out their best qualities. All this occurs from finally realizing their true identity and using this knowledge, combined with some simple techniques to accomplish their goals.
When we get conscious and begin to direct our lives from our soul's perspective, we empower our lives not only spiritually, but physically as well and we see the effect in our daily lives. For the soul has never stopped being the soul, we have simply forgotten our spiritual identity for a time. Unfortunately our subconscious has been programmed to believe too many falsehoods about our abilities and our self-worth. These limiting belief systems keep us feeling powerless and confused. For example, we may have been told that we're not good enough, not worthy, that we can't do this or that, that we'll never succeed or that we're a failure. We are continually judged and often criticized in our society. This limited viewpoint becomes the program our subconscious follows, kind of like an "automatic pilot" switch, restricting anything the program says we don't deserve. Once we become aware of these kinds of sabotaging beliefs, the soul can reprogram the subconscious for a better life.
But it goes beyond reprogramming the subconscious. For we are a spiritual being, we are the soul, and we each came with a purpose in life. The Universe is constantly encouraging us to wake-up, remember who we are and then express from that level of consciousness. This "wake-up call" often comes in the form of something positive or negative that gets our attention and makes us get conscious and think. We are literally given a "cosmic push" to get our life moving in the right direction. Haven't you ever had something happen to you that seemed negative at first, but ended up being a "blessing in disguise?" Or something positive that came to you that also made you wake-up and think how best to use that blessing? These are all opportunities to help us bring out our highest expression.
We all have amazing individual qualities within ourselves that are unique. This is the gift we bring to offer the world, our own unique expression of our soul. Yet all too often, we "dim down" these attributes, seeking to fit in with everyone else. This is a great loss in our own lives as well as in our contribution to the planet. For bringing our unique style to life, offering our own insights into how we view the world is what inspires the best in ourselves and in others, helping us all to grow.      Can you imagine if some of the great minds that changed the world, sought to fit in instead? Just think what a great loss that would have been. The same applies to our own expression. Don't let the world miss out on your unique contribution.      So rather than looking to conform to someone else's ideas, express your own individuality instead. I'm not talking about being outrageous or allowing the ego to over-react in some way just to get attention. But be brave enough to just be yourself. Your subconscious may resist this at first afraid of what others may think. But with the soul's encouragement and praise, the subconscious will begin to express more of its own beauty along with the creative ideas of the soul. We already have abilities and qualities that are strong within us. This is the foundation that we can bring forward and build on. The more we encourage our subconscious' strengths with praise and love, the more often our subconscious will express these abilities.
It's helpful to make a list of your good qualities to start, which must come from the soul's perspective, for when the subconscious has been programmed negatively, it may find it hard to see any. Love is an important factor and the more the subconscious is encouraged with phrases like, "Good job," or "Well done," the more comfortable the subconscious will become in expressing these abilities. Since Divine, Unconditional Love is an attribute of the soul, as well as the motivating force in the Universe, this is an extremely effective technique for building self-esteem. Of course, this is just a start and will take lots of repetition and consistency to make the change permanent.
So make this lifetime your strongest. We all came here for a purpose. Become clear on who you are as a soul, encourage the best in your subconscious and fulfill your purpose in life. Become the best version of you! Join us for our next Arche course to gain the knowledge and effective techniques to reveal your true identity. You'll find life has never been more rewarding!

Wishing You the Bliss of Fulfilling Your Highest Expression!
